Aubrey Youakim

LEad Pilot & FLight Operations

Aubrey Youakim has been part of the Aerinova family since 2017, starting her aviation journey by lending a hand wherever she could during the summer months. From working on the ground, mixing and loading aircraft—including a two-year dedication to loading on the helicopter truck—to managing pilots, scheduling work, billing, and customer relations, Aubrey has gained a well-rounded understanding of every facet of aerial operations.

Her passion for aviation began early—Aubrey started flying at just 15 years old, beginning in helicopters. By 17, she had earned her Private Rotorcraft rating, followed soon after by her Commercial Rotorcraft certificate. She later expanded her skills by obtaining her Commercial Fixed-Wing Add-On, as well as Instrument Ratings for both Rotorcraft and Fixed-Wing aircraft.

In addition to her flight experience, Aubrey pursued her interest in agriculture at Lake Land College, where she earned a degree in Agricultural Business and Supply. During her time there, she was recognized as an Outstanding Student within her program—a reflection of her dedication and work ethic both in and out of the classroom.

Aubrey has always had a deep love for both aviation and agriculture, and she continues to expand her knowledge in both fields. She is always eager to learn new skills and further advance her existing expertise, striving to bring innovation and excellence to everything she does.

Today, Aubrey serves as Lead Pilot and oversees Flight Operations across Aerinova’s three main locations. She ensures each aircraft is scheduled efficiently, maintained to the highest standard, and operating at peak productivity. Her hands-on experience, leadership, and lifelong dedication to aviation reflect the heart of Aerinova’s mission—precision, reliability, and passion in every flight.
