Aiden J Youakim

Aiden Youakim has been part of the Aerinova family since 2014, gaining hands-on experience in aviation and aerial operations from the ground up. While continuing his education, Aiden helped wherever he could, working on the ground, mixing and loading aircraft, and assisting with the daily operations that keep aerial application running safely and efficiently.

Aiden’s passion for aviation began early, as he started flying at 15. He is both a fixed-wing and rotor-wing pilot, holding instrument and commercial ratings in both, as well as a multi-engine rating in fixed-wing aircraft. His aviation training has helped shape his attention to detail, commitment to safety, and understanding of the importance of precision in every flight.

Aiden attended Lake Land College, earning his associate's degree in Business. He then completed his bachelor’s degree in Business and is currently pursuing his master’s degree in Business. His education has strengthened his knowledge in leadership, management, operations, and long-term business growth.

Aiden has always had a strong passion for aviation, business, and agriculture, and he continues to expand his knowledge in each area. He is always eager to learn, improve, and further develop his skills, striving to bring efficiency, innovation, and excellence to everything he does.

Today, Aiden serves as Lead Pilot and Director of Operations, helping oversee daily operations, flight coordination, and the continued efficiency of Aerinova’s aerial services. His hands-on experience, business education, and aviation background give him a well-rounded perspective of both the operational and management sides of the company. His experience reflects Aerinova’s mission of providing dependable aerial services through safety, precision, and a commitment to excellence.
